Hello again. I’m enjoying the familiar comforts of early autumn – well-worn jumpers, crunchy leaves, you know the drill. I’ve been thinking about goals for the last quarter of the year and looking ahead to 2019. Here are a few of my favourite things from this month.

July has passed quickly. I’ve been working on new projects, finishing my MA dissertation and roasting on commuter trains. At the same time, I’m trying to savour pockets of rest, space to make decisions and the light, long days while they’re here. Read on for this month’s recommendations.
